Welcome to Hadfield

On behalf of the Hadfield Homeowners Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Hadfield, we welcome you to our community. Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the streets, at the pool, or our community events.

The operation of your homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The board members are elected by the homeowners annually at the end of each fiscal year in May. The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines. We host monthly Board meetings, held on the second Sunday of each month, at the community clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

The initiation fee for Hadfield is $1,250 and is typically paid at the closing of the sale of the home. A $100 administrative fee will be applied for assisting in preparation of closings as well. Annual dues are currently $725 and are due by May 31st of each year. They can be paid via Zelle, Venmo or by check at our clubhouse mailbox. If paying through Venmo please send payment to hadfieldhoabilling@gmail.com. If paying through Venmo our handle is @Hadfield_HOA_Billing.

In addition to this website we have our Hadfield Homeowners Association Facebook page and our email newsletter. These are our most common methods of communicating any news and events to you. To add your email to our distribution list please email hadfieldhoa@gmail.com.

We have a variety of amenities in Hadfield including our pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and can be accessed with a proximity access card. This should have been transferred to you during the sale of your home. Tennis courts can be can be reserved by using the Reserve My Court app via your App store. The clubhouse can be rented out for $25 and is available year-round.

As a new homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind, the Association has an Architectural Review Committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate the plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs and remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, trees and bushes, replacement roofs, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with all covenants, restrictions and guidelines. The purpose of this review is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval before any work begins. If work is started without prior approval, the homeowner may be required to alter or remove the changes.

Again, welcome to the Hadfield community! We know you’ll find this neighborhood is a great place to live.

Sincerely,
Board of Directors
Hadfield Homeowners Association
